What we collect and why

The answers you give in the form, and your name, phone and email if you share them. We use them only to respond to your home equity inquiry. We don't sell your information.

If you received our mailer, the code on it tells us which mailing you came from. It isn't linked to your credit or used to make any decision about you.

Calls and text messages

If you check the consent box, we may call or text you about your inquiry. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. We don't share your mobile number or text consent with anyone for their marketing.

Who else handles your information

Service providers that run this site and our follow-up for us: hosting, our database, and our customer relationship software. They may use it only to provide those services.

If you choose to apply with a lender through a link on our results page, you leave this site, and that lender's own privacy policy applies to what you give them.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics to see how visitors use this site. They never receive your name, email, phone, answers or mailer code.
